Prices of goods shown on the site are exclusive of VAT. The Vat will be added at the checkout.

Delivery on all products is FREE. (Please note this excludes international orders - these will be costed on an individual basis. Please contact us for a postal rate if you are outside the UK)

Payment Methods

Goods and services on Thinking Child website can be purchased securely online using Paypal  or using major credit and debit cards via PayPoint.net.

Orders can be processed over the phone using PayPoint - an approved and secure Merchant terminal.

A Proforma invoice can be issued by return for approval and payment can then follow by either cheque or BACS transfer.

Thinking Child will endeavour to dispatch all goods as soon as possible after receiving your order and payment.

If for any reason an item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately.

If upon delivery you discover that the goods are damaged or have not been delivered in accordance with your order please let us know within 5 working days of the delivery date.

We can then authorise the return of the goods and arrange for their return at our cost.

We will provide you with a full or partial refund or replace the goods concerned.

If you feel our level of service has fallen below your expectations please contact us immediately to have the opportunity to rectify the situation if at all possible.

The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the goods, including delivery charges. We ask that any other returns (other than those covered by your statutory rights) must be returned in mint condition.
